5.2 For Imported Product from Korea Store :We might cancel the product from the order and refund you if any issue arise with the delivery of this product/Please note that these products may no longer be available in various countries. In such cases, we reserve the right to provide a refund and cancel the order.

6. Returns and Refunds 6.1. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. 6.2. Please note that if no response is received within the period (7 to 14 days), the items in the logistics centre may be discarded.

If the delivery is rejected through the fault of the customer, no refund is possible. Please double-check your shipping information before making payment and check your e-mail regularly. If a delivery fails, you will be notified of the shipper's number by e-mail. You must call the delivery company directly to receive the item.

All items in our shopping centre are priced inclusive of customs duties. However, customs duties resulting from not splitting orders over $300 are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that all orders shipped to Brazil are delivered under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other charges that may apply upon arrival in Brazil. Please note that before ordering.
